Homeowners Association

Homeowner associations are a form of governance in a real estate residential subdivision and in condominiums. Under Oregon law, a homeowner association is required for most residential subdivisions where all the owners (through the association) own some part of the property (such as the roads, or open spaces).  All condominium developments are required to have a homeowner association.  Homeowner associations have considerable obligations under Oregon law, and should obtain legal advice from experienced legal counsel.

Holbrook & Associates of Newport Oregon provides experienced legal representation to homeowner associations in Oregon.
